When we are retained to represent our client’s organization, we use great care to safeguard the confidentiality and reputation of both the company and it’s people.
When we are entrusted with proprietary or non-public information, our clients trust that judgment will be exercised in order to protect it. Such information is only disclosed by us on a need-to-know basis, provided that the client has previously authorized us to do so.
Many of our previous searches have necessitated the imparting of sensitive, non-public information to assist us in properly conducting the search. Our clients and their employees have never been compromised.
